Our History

Progressive Construction Management (PCM) incorporated in the spring of 2005 with a vision and commitment to provide an exceptional level of quality and service. Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, PCM is the result of an identified need to close the adversarial gap that usually exists between the Owner, Architect, and Contractor. 

Using our wide and varied levels of experience in the design and construction industry, PCM has truly succeeded in making its mark on the industry in the three short years we have been in existence.  PCM is honored to have a list of clientele that includes: Raton School District, Cimarron School District, Maxwell School District, Logan School District, New Mexico Military Institute, and New Mexico’s Spaceport America.

Company News

 Sandia Pueblo News

Beginning in September 2008, Progressive Construction Management was selected by the Pueblo of Sandia to provide Construction Management services on the Sandia Lakes project and the new Sandia Aquatics Facility.  This past weekend on March 14, the Pueblo celebrated its Grand Opening and ribbon cutting for the Lakes Project.  On March 16, bid docuements were issued for the new Aquatics Facility.  Construction is scheduled to begin in June 2009.

In a show of its trust and confidence with PCM, the Pueblo of Sandia selected PCM to be the Construction Manager for a new 35,000sf Tribal Administration Building.  Design is scheduled to begin in late March 2009.

spaceport_america2.jpgPCM is one of only a handful of construction management firms in the world with the expertise to provide Design Oversight and Owner Representative services for Terminal Hangar Facilities housing space flight vehicles.

Raton Public Schools

raton.jpgPCM has been Providing Facility Master Planning and Construction Management Services for the Raton Public School District for the past three years.  Recently, PCM orchestrated and managed a team that was instrumental in the District successfully being awarded over $1 million in design funds for a new $15 million elementary school and $5 million for the renovation of the High School.
