After working with the NMSA at Spaceport America, PCM was hired by Virgin Galactic as an Owner’s Representative to oversee all facets of the $225 million spaceport, ensure Virgin Galactic’s needs are met and oversee the construction of the company’s Gateway to Space Facility tenant improvement.

Spaceport America – New Mexico Spaceport Authority
PCM performed development task management for the New Mexico Spaceport Authority (NMSA) and conducted technical reviews of the Gateway to Space Facility and the infrastructure packages for the entire Spaceport America complex. The total estimated project cost to date, is more the $225 million.

PCM served as the Construction Manager for the $10 million state-of-the-art aquatics center.
