Progressive Construction Management (PCM) was incorporated in the spring of 2005 with a vision and commitment to provide an exceptional level of quality and service. Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, PCM was conceived out of the need to close the adversarial gap that usually exists between the Owner, Architect, and Contractor.

With a combined 85 years in the design and construction industry, there are very few project types we have not encountered. From Master Plans for universities and school districts, to Owner Representation on Post Offices, schools, and facilities for Commercial Space Travel, PCM has one of the most varied project type experiences around.

Do not let our vast project types distract you from where we really find pride.  We garner our most satisfaction from the relationships we make with our clients and the trust earned along the way.  Although our projects are very exciting, we do not define our success based a dollar value of a project or the uniqueness of a project. We define our success based upon the level of satisfaction felt from our clients.

It is really very simple. If our clients are not happy we are not happy.
