Progressive Construction Management has been contracted by Virgin Galactic as their onsite representative during the detailed design phase of Spaceport America's Terminal Hanger Facility, which includes Virgin Galactic's state-of-the-art tenant fit out.

Virgin Galactic chose PCM for their specialized representation of New Mexico Spaceport in 2007-2008.  Now, representing Virgin Galactic, PCM will act as a bridge between New Mexico Spaceport Authority; the project design team including URS and Foster + Partners of London; and his client Virgin Galactic of London; assuring that Virgin Galactic's requirements are heard and understood.

Plans for Spaceport America consist of a 103,000 sq.ft. Terminal Hangar Facility.  It will be situated on 18,000 acres, owned by New Mexico Spaceport Authority, approximately 45 miles east of Truth or Consequences.  Virgin Galactic will lease a portion of the land and facilities to house their enterprise which will give private citizens the opportunity to experience suborbital space flights.
