Company News

 Virgin Galactic Hires PCM

PCM has been contracted by Virgin Galactic Ltd. as their onsite Principal Construction Manager.  Ian Harmon, Managing Partner for PCM, will act as an onsite representative for Virgin Galactic during the detailed design phase of Spaceport America's Terminal Hanger Facility, which includes Virgin Galactic's state-of-the-art tenant fit-out.

    

PCM Selects Las Cruces for Corporate Expansion

With its renowned growth opportunities and sound economic climate, Las Cruces is now home to PCM's newest office.  The Las Cruces office came at a good time as Virgin Galactic's Terminal Hangar Facility at Spaceport America nears construction.  Wayne Savage of Las Cruces has been hired to oversee operations.

Raton Public Schools

raton.jpgPCM has been Providing Facility Master Planning and Construction Management Services for the Raton Public School District for the past three years.  Recently, PCM orchestrated and managed a team that was instrumental in the District successfully being awarded over $1 million in design funds for a new $15 million elementary school and $5 million for the renovation of the High School.
