Spaceport America – New Mexico Spaceport Authority

PCM performed development task management for the New Mexico Spaceport Authority (NMSA) and conducted technical reviews of the Gateway to Space Facility and the infrastructure packages for the entire Spaceport America complex. The total estimated project cost to date, is more the $225 million.
PCM is currently the single point of contact for the design development task of the Gateway to Space Facility and works directly with Virgin Galactic and Fosters and Partners, located in London, England and URS located in Albuquerque. PCM is also currently working with Virgin Galactic on the company’s tenant improvement of the Gateway to Space Facility at Spaceport America.
